Society's Objectives

At the Fifth General Conference the World Islamic Call Society reaffirmed its resolution to be a non-governmental and independent organization, taking the Great Jamahiriya as its headquarters, and aiming to spread the World Islamic Call Society throughout the world by all possible means.

These include:

  • Introducing the Holy Quran and working to learn, teach, and spread it through all means.
  • Introducing the blessed Sera (the Prophet’s life history) and exploring the examples from the Prophet’s life (PBUH).
  • Presenting Islam in a comprehensive and simplified manner in terms of faith, morals, worship, prayers, and conduct, uncontaminated by Western distortions.
  • Explaining the Holy Quran in a manner that utilizes all branches of science.
  • Working to train Doat to carry out their duty to the call of Islam.
  • Preparing and publishing periodicals, magazines, Islamic encyclopaedias, and books, and translating them into all languages.
  • Organizing student, youth, and professional meetings of Muslims with the aim of the presenting Islam and spreading the call.
  • Forging liaisons with religious and scientific institutions with the purpose of spreading the call.
  • Spreading the Arabic language as the language of the Glorious Quran and requesting that all Muslim States adopt it as an official language in all educational stages.
  • Urging Islamic States to adopt the Holy Quran as a source of legislature and to modify existing laws to conform with the principles of Islam.

These programmes are to be financed through:

  • Allocations by its first founder; the Revolutionary, from the Jihad fund.
  • Investment of its estate funds, both fixed and transferable.
  • Donations and other support accepted by its Executive Committee.
